The Morality Of Work And Wealth

The morality of work and wealth is very clear. Most rich people have worked hard to get where they are now(except for those one hit wonders). The people who get rich overnight, usually aren’t that rich five years later(unless of course, it’s a song writer). As Dave Ramsey says,

“Live like no one else, so you can live like no one else”

Rich people today took precaution while they were younger. They resisted wants and stocked up on their needs. They worked hard to get where they are. I don’t think it’s in just for some to be wealthy and some not to be wealthy. The wealthy worked harder than the not and they deserve it. Here are some tips for staying rich.

     1. No impulse buying!

I have gone over this before, but a refresher is always good. Impulse buying is one of the biggest problems. To avoid impulse buying, try writing a list of the things you want at that moment. Leave it alone for a week or two, then go back and check it. You will most likely not want most of the things on there.

     2. No debts!

Try hard to stay out of debt, i know sometimes it’s unavoidable but try to avoid it. Stay in your budget, trust me you future self will thank you.

    3.   Credit cards

Some people like credit cards and some don’t. I personally don’t like them at all. I prefer cold hard cash. Unless I’m buying something online, I don’t use my debit, but hey, that’s just me. Now credit cards can be another source of debt. You’re out shopping and see something you would really like. That thought about budgeting zooms out of your head as you scan your credit card for a new dress or some fancy shoes. But when you get that credit card bill at the end of the month, the hype about your new item has died off and the reality of debt falls through the walls you had put up against it, right down to the center of you mind.
